"I feel like if you try to connect to an audience, you’re not going to connect to the audience because what you have to say has been diluted. Very often if you say something, most of the time it won’t connect. If it doesn’t connect to anybody, it’s dead, but if it does connect to some people, it’s very powerful. So, that’s always my approach. Don’t concern yourself about whether it’s going to connect with an audience.
